To order on the website, add items to your cart.
Once your order is complete, click on the card at the top right and confirm your order.
To place the order, you must create a Meltingpot-cafe account.
You can collect your order for free from your workshop
MODIFY OR CANCEL
You can modify your order from your card by clicking on the corresponding icon in the upper right corner.
Once validated, you cannot cancel it.
Out of stock or incomplete order
Once your order has been confirmed, the selected items are directly reserved and in progress with your Melting-Pot Café.
However, some issues may arrived due to communication errors between the computer systems and the inventory.
An article can also be damaged during the delivery of your order.
If an article is finally sold out or if an order cannot be delivered completely, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and will seek a solution with you.
Confirmation by e-mail
Immediately after placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The message may have landed in your spam mailbox.
Take a look.
If the confirmation email is not there and you have a Melting-Pot Café account, check ‘MY ACCOUNT then my ORDERS’ to see if your order is listed.
